Keeping your garden tools in good condition doesn’t just make gardening easier, it helps your tools last longer, work better, and saves you money in the long run.

Next week, Sussex Neighbourhood House is hosting a hands-on Garden Tool Care Workshop, where you’ll learn practical techniques to clean, sharpen, and restore everyday garden tools.

What You’ll Learn

During this practical sessions, we’ll cover the fundamentals of garden tool maintenance, including:

  • Cleaning and maintaining everyday garden tools
  • Sharpening blades so they cut effectively
  • Removing rust and preventing future damage

If you have small garden tools that need some care, bring it along and practice what you learn during the session.
