Play Your Way! | Children’s Week

🌈 We’re celebrating Children’s Week 2025 with a fun and creative afternoon for kids aged 3 and over – and you’re invited!

Join us for Play Your Way, a free drop-in event where children can explore, crate, and connect through a variety of playful activities designed to spark imagination and joy.

What’s On

• 🌱 Gardening – get your hands in the soil and learn about growing plants
• 🎨 Crafting – create something special to take home
• 🧩 LEGO Play – build, imagine, collaborate
• 🎮 Video Games (for girls in grades 3 to 6) – try your hand at fun games in a supportive, sensory aware space
• 🌳 Collaborative Tree Mural – add your own leaf to a beautiful piece of community art made by kids!
• 🧸 Merri-bek Toy Library – browse and play with a wide variety of toys (open until 4pm)

No need to book – just drop in any time between 3 and 5pm and play your way!

Clebrating Children’s Rights

This year’s Children’s Week theme is “Everyone should know about children’s rights”.

At SNH, we believe every child has the right to play, learn, and express themselves in a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment. Events like Play Your Way celebrate that belief by encouraging creativity, confidence, choice, and community connection.
