Bumper Edition Repair Café – the Toy Story Special!
The Pascoe Vale Repair Café is open this Sunday and we have a variety of repairers available to help you out. From textile mending to woodwork and electrical repairs, we have a repairer for just about any repair!
In celebration of the upcoming Children’s Week (19 to 27 October), we’re encouraging you to bring down all the kids’ broken toys for repairs – soft toys, battery operated, electric, wooden, bring them all!
No fret, our regular repairing is still available. 4 electricians, 4 sewing machines, 4 hand-sewing repairers, and 2 general repairers will be on deck for this bumper repair café!

at Sussex Neighbourhood House – 7 Prospect St, Pascoe Vale 3044

- Frank & Glenn from the Merri Community Shed – General handy repairs (hammer & nail, mechanical, etc.), electrical repairs
- Jared, Lou & Ian – Electrical, sound equipment repairs, & general repairs
- Peter – general handyman, woodwork repairs, basic bike repairs, mechanical repairs (including toys)
- Moya & Pascale – Locksmith, knife & garden tool sharpening, jewellery repairs, basic bike repairs
- Leanda – Machine sewing & darning
- Satya – Machine sewing & textile
- Margaret – Heavy duty machine sewing, e.g. denim, upholstery, dog harnesses
- Anand Joe & Rachel – for general enquiries and assistance
- Carol & Jenny – on deck for reception
Collect all your items in need of mending and bring them down on the day to be matched with a repairer. Don’t forget any necessary spare parts!
No booking required – pay as you feel.
