Chair Yoga – Tuesdays, 11am or 12:15pm (1 hr each)

Led by our skilled Hatha Vinyasa teacher Simone Litchfield, this class focuses on improving posture, spinal alignment, and energy flow while activating muscles in a way that feels soft yet effective.
