Do you want to feel more confident supporting someone experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis? Join us for a two-day Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training at Sussex Neighbourhood House!
Dates: March 13 & 14, 2025
Location: 7 Prospect Street, Pascoe Vale 3044
Duration: Two full days, 9:30am to 4:30pm (with breaks for morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea – BYO)
This nationally recognised course, delivered by Mental Health First Aid Australia, provides:
✅ Practical, skills-based training to help you recognise, respond, and support someone experiencing mental health difficulties.
✅ A structured action plan to guide you in assisting a friend, family member, colleague, or community member in need.
✅ Certification as an MHFAider, equipping you to reduce stigma and promote pathways to support in workplaces, communities, schools, and beyond.
